Hello! Thank you for visiting my website.

I'm currently creating commission art every day, and I truly appreciate the support from everyone. Crafting commission art is important to me, and I approach it with dedication, working on each piece meticulously. I may take about two weeks on average to complete a piece, even with daily work. More complex artworks may take up to a month. I have included the production time for each piece in my portfolio as a reference. Please note that some older works may not have recorded production times.

As part of my artistic practice, I also strive to maintain an active presence on social media, aiming to gain followers. Social media art is usually completed within 1 to 2 days. While I may allocate some time for these updates in between work, I hope for your understanding. I would be delighted if you could support me in these activities as well.

​

One of my hobbies is playing Nintendo Switch. However, as I am dedicated to my artist activities, I have very little time for gaming. Nonetheless, I play Pokémon UNITE every day, even if it's just for a short time. I've been playing since the network test and have been playing every day for over two years now! I draw fan art to support Pokémon UNITE, which I love.

Process Overview

Important

  • You can send a request message once, but there will be no meetings, progress reports, or revisions due to the 'Surprise Me' (Skeb style) nature of the commission. Thank you for your understanding.

  3. After completion, please review the art. I offer free adjustments for significant modifications such as changes in pose or the addition of new elements, as long as they don't require a complete overhaul. (Change of color, and other partial size modifications, etc.)

  • A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

  • Feel free to request for Bust-Ups or Thigh-Ups if you like! Prices will change accordingly.

  • If needed, detailed design elements will be included.

  • Simpler shading than my 'Art'. If the design is for use in modeling VTubers, you can choose to have no shading on the back and side views in exchange for maintaining the same quality as 'Art' for the front view.

  • Symmetrical standing poses or simple standing poses. 

  • 2-3 simple facial expression variations available upon request. These include changes to eyebrows or mouth that can be easily depicted. Addition of small elements like rosy cheeks, sweat, or tears is also possible. However, creating closed eyes will require discussion as it involves drawing new elements. It is also possible to create only closed eyes without other facial expressions. Alternatively, these can be selected as options.

By purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.

Please read the terms carefully:

  • All drawings may or will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.

  • I might record the drawing process and post it on my SNS.

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • Payment in advance, through Paypal only (USD).

  • Commissions require full payment upfront. I will issue an invoice via PayPal. Once payment is received, I will begin the work. Please do not make any payment before I accept the job.

  • No refunds once I have begun work on the commission.

  • The time it takes to finish your commission varies 2 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and con seasons.

  • If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.

  • I have the right to reject a commission if I am not comfortable drawing it/not confident in executing it.​

  • If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it.

  • If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.

  • Use of my art for NFT is strictly prohibited.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!

  • If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.

  • I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, Suahh (the artist):

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner):

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

  • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for info.

  • You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
