Hello! Thank you for visiting my website.

Currently, I am mainly focusing on my personal creative work and activities on Patreon and FANBOX, but I do accept commissions depending on the situation. I approach every piece with dedication and care. On average, it takes about two weeks to complete a commission, with more complex works sometimes requiring up to a month. Production times for each piece are included in my portfolio for reference, although some older works may not have recorded times.

I regularly post my original work, including SFW versions of NSFW pieces, on both Patreon and FANBOX. These platforms allow me to explore creative ideas more deeply and continue growing as an artist.

Commission Policy

Currently, I accept personal commissions only through VGen and Skeb.

Please note:  

  • NSFW commissions are twice the listed price.

  • NSFW commissions are for personal use only and must not be shared publicly. To mitigate risks, I may decline commissions from clients who publicly post NSFW content (especially pornography rather than artistic nudity) on social media.  

  • All artworks follow the Japanese Penal Code, which prohibits uncensored depictions of genitalia. I never draw uncensored versions, and no such files exist or will be shared.

Skeb is a one-way request platform, so I offer lower prices there as it doesn’t involve back-and-forth communication.  
I also accept request submissions via my Orchard tier on Patreon, although selection is not guaranteed.

By purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.

Please read the terms carefully:

  • All drawings may or will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.

  • I might record the drawing process and post it on my SNS.

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • Payment in advance, through PayPal only. JPY is preferred, but USD is also accepted.

  • Commissions require full payment upfront. I will issue an invoice via PayPal. Once payment is received, I will begin the work. Please do not make any payment before I accept the job.

  • No refunds once I have begun work on the commission.

  • Sales tax will be added to orders from Japan.

  • The time it takes to finish your commission varies 2 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and con seasons.

  • If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.

  • I have the right to reject a commission if I am not comfortable drawing it/not confident in executing it.​

  • If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it.

  • If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.

  • Use of my art for NFT is strictly prohibited.

  • Since I am based in Japan, all artwork will be censored in accordance with Japanese law.

  • Please note that I cannot accept commissions for NSFW content intended for public display. Any NSFW artwork that is commissioned will remain private unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

  • If I do not receive a response to my messages (via DM or email) within 7 days, I may pause work on your commission and move on to other projects during that time. If no response is received and the deadline passes, I may consider the commission canceled at the customer's expense. Please note that delays in communication may affect the overall delivery time, and I appreciate your understanding.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

  • I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!

  • If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.

  • I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, Suahh (the artist):

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner):

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels unless it contains NSFW content. NSFW artwork cannot be publicly shared without my prior consent.

  • You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

  • You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for info.

  • You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.

  • You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
